Visible Ink is an anthology produced every year by a group of Professional Writing and Editing (PWE) students at RMIT University. The students are responsible for the entire project, from choosing a theme to hosting a book launch for the finished product.
In 2018 I was part of the team that produced Trace, the 30th edition of Visible Ink. As the managing editor, it was my job to have a finger in every pie. I worked with the project manager, designer, editorial crew, events and promotions team, and our social media guru – helping where I could, keeping things on track and reporting back to our editor-in-chief and the benevolent PWE overlords.
Trace was distributed to bookstores across Melbourne and can also be purchased through the Visible Ink website. For updates on Visible Ink, you can follow them on Twitter and Instagram.
